Mystery- The Haunted Town Of St. Nazianz, WI St. Nazians was founded by a priest who wholeheartedly believed to helped cursed the town. Over the years, the town has been hit with natural disasters and unexplained phenomena. Father Ambrose Oschwald was fled to Wisconsin in 1854 from religious persecution. The Roman Catholic Church had suspended him from his duties due to “mystical, prophetic, and heretical works.” Already, the scary history of the town is starting to make sense! Oddly enough, the congregation followed him. Once they got to Wisconsin, a “divine white heifer” lead them to the site of his new home which would become St. Nazianz. The community actually thrived. A North Korean propaganda poster shows US troops pulling a woman's teeth out.



It is one of many posters shown in North Korea, which usually depicts enemy troops as savage and barbaric.

This piece of art is thought to have been made in 2005, and it is meant to depict a torture scene during the Korean War, a proxy war that saw American troops aid the democratic government of South Korea, which was fighting against a communist North Korea.

It lasted from 1950-1953 and is often called "The Forgotten War" as it was overshadowed by the Vietnam War, and because it took place soon after the end of World War l.

It is unclear if these images are in museums in North Korea or if they are displayed in public. The imagery in
these photos tends to show US troops as ghoulish and gaunt, while the Korean characters tend to be pretty or
handsome, and oftentimes are wearing white, possibly to signify purity or to highlight blood depicted in the scenes, or both.
