Mystery- The Haunted Town Of St. Nazianz, WI St. Nazians was founded by a priest who wholeheartedly believed to helped cursed the town. Over the years, the town has been hit with natural disasters and unexplained phenomena. Father Ambrose Oschwald was fled to Wisconsin in 1854 from religious persecution. The Roman Catholic Church had suspended him from his duties due to “mystical, prophetic, and heretical works.” Already, the scary history of the town is starting to make sense! Oddly enough, the congregation followed him. Once they got to Wisconsin, a “divine white heifer” lead them to the site of his new home which would become St. Nazianz. The community actually thrived. Flood ravaging Ughelli south metropolis in Delta state.


At early hour of 12th days of October 2022, rumours has it that the river of Okwagbe community broke out to some part of the habitats. After 48 hours the water increases and spread wilder destroying Properties. Lately as at Monday 17th October, 2022 statistics has it that the flood has covered over 950 thousand houses, including churches, schools, shops and other inhabitants rendering lives uncomfortable for people.

 Some evacuate to schools like Okwagbe Secondary School where their foundation is high above see level others emigrate while some bear the situation and stay back living right in water all days long.

In an interview, one of the villager said  "I didn't see this coming so I was not prepared" She further commented that the government should come to their aid to save them out of this calamity. 


Presently in Ughelli of Delta state many persons are suffering as a result of this flood that keep on increasing. The federal government should endeavor rescue her people.
