They may be labeled as outcasts or rebels, but in reality, they're the ones who are brave enough to challenge the status quo and forge their own path. Let's celebrate the black sheep in our lives - the ones who inspire us to think differently, to question the norms, and to embrace our individuality.

Ofarnyi Kwegya was one of the people who came with Asebu Amanfi from Ancient Egypt to what is now Asebu Town in the Central Region of Ghana.

Oral traditional history says that Asebu Amanfi and Ofarnyi Kwegya were both very tall people.

Asebu Amanfi moved inland when he got there and started the town of Asebu. Ofarnyi Kwegya was a great fisherman who moved to the coast because there were so many Stingrays (Mrol) in the rivers. This is where the name Mrol or Moree came from.

Ofarnyi Kwegya, who has died, was the best fisherman who ever lived in Ghana. Since he died, no fisherman has been able to match what he did. Ofarnyi Kwegya was a great fisherman who could catch a lot of fish because he was so big. His fishing took him and his men to many places along the coast of what is now the Central Region. Because he fished, he moved to Moree, Winneba, and other places along the coast.
