They may be labeled as outcasts or rebels, but in reality, they're the ones who are brave enough to challenge the status quo and forge their own path. Let's celebrate the black sheep in our lives - the ones who inspire us to think differently, to question the norms, and to embrace our individuality.

The first online fitness influencer

The first online fitness influencer

Aziz Shavershian was a Russian/Australian bodybuilder, content creator and fitness influencer who was mainly active from the years 2007 - 2011.

Despite achieving top-of-the-class grades in school, Shavershian always felt uncomfortable with how skinny he was, so he sold his World of Warcraft account for 500 dollars and used that money to buy a 1-year gym membership. It would change his life forever.

It was during this time that Shavershian adopted the name "Zyzz" online, and it is a name he is commonly referenced by. Zyzz continued to work out and adopted an obnoxious persona online, acting cocky and egotistical to gain attention, but displayed wholesome and positive attitudes towards being helpful to others, working out and being a good friend. He popularized the "hard style" genre of techno music.

Zyzz in real life struggled with the fame he got from his online persona. He struggled with self-confidence issues and rarely opened up about his problems.

Zyzz was open about his anabolic steroid cycle, which is largely how he achieved his physique. His physique is considered to be one of the most aesthetic of all time in the body-building world due to its similarity to classical statues depicting Greek and Roman gods and warriors. His openness about his steroid use is a large part of his legacy as this openness today is seldom seen in the online fitness scene.

Zyzz died in August of 2011 due to what is suspected to be a heart attack in a sauna in Thailand. He was 22 years old.

Zyzz has become a legendary figure online, particularly for young men looking to get fit or those wanting to lead a more positive life. He is often considered to be the first online fitness influencer. Famous quotes by Zyzz include:

"You mirin' bruh?" (You admiring me?)

“Obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated.”

“If you want it, you will get it, and will eventually prove the haters wrong.”

Zyzz still has a brother who is alive today called Said Shavershian, who is often addressed by his online name "Chest-brah".
