They may be labeled as outcasts or rebels, but in reality, they're the ones who are brave enough to challenge the status quo and forge their own path. Let's celebrate the black sheep in our lives - the ones who inspire us to think differently, to question the norms, and to embrace our individuality.

Female passenger, 60, who stripped naked in meltdown on Frontier Airlines flight from Orlando to Philadelphia is slapped with federal charges

A 60-year-old woman who stripped naked last year in the meltdown on Frontier Airlines flight from Orlando to Philadelphia has been slapped with federal charges.

Dulce Huertas, from Philadelphia, now faces charges of interference with flight crew members and attendants, simple assault and indecent exposure, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

She had two cocktails before pulling down her pants in between packed rows of passengers and popping a squat on the floor, prosecutors said.

As the crowds of passengers roared in disgust and shock, she said 'I don't give a f*ck' told multiple people 'f*** you' and exclaimed 'I gotta go pee!'

A video captured the outrageous moment on the flight from Orlando, Florida, to Philadelphia in November, and later went viral on social media platforms.

A federal criminal complaint signed by FBI Special Agent Kyle Kapron details the meltdown on the flight and charges she now faces.

When the plane was about to land at Philadelphia International Airport, Huertas was seen standing from her seat and saying: 'I have to pee.'

She reportedly yelled and cursed at a flight attendant who asked her to stay seated, the complaint reads.

After the plane landed, Huertas allegedly started cursing at passengers nearby. The captain had to instruct all passengers to remain seated because of Huertas' behavior.

When the seatbelt sign was turned off, and passengers began to rise from their seats, Huertas allegedly pushed them out of the way as she moved to the front of the aircraft.

It follows by what thousands of social media users observed in the viral footage, as she approached the forward lavatory of the flight.

She stated: 'sorry, everybody,'; and pulled her pants and underwear down as she squatted as if to urinate in the aisle,' the complaint reads.

The crazed woman exposed her anus and genitalia, the complaint alleges, noting that there were children nearby.

Despite insisting that she didn't give a f*ck - Huertas quickly pulled her pants back up and stood up.

The complaint says Huertas did not urinate, but cursed at passengers and she stood up.

She charged toward the front of the plane again and allegedly told one flight attendant, 'Let me pass, let me pass.'

The flight attendant stood in her way while another attempted to disarm the main cabin door, fearing that Huertas might open the door and activate an emergency slide.

In her final minutes on the flight, Huertas reportedly bumped a flight attendant with her belly, yelled and cursed at people around her, and threatened to kill multiple passengers.

Huertas has been charged with indecent exposure in the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States, interference with flight crew members and attendants and simple assault, the complaint filed Monday says.

If convicted, Huertas will face a maximum possible sentence of 21 years and three months in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $355,000 fine.

According to the FAA's annual year-end data, the number of unruly passenger reports has significantly dropped from its record point two years ago.

There were 2,075 unruly passenger incidents filed in 2023. In comparison, 5,973 were registered in 2021 and 2,455 were recorded in 2022.

'The rate of unruly passenger incidents steadily dropped by over 80 percent since record highs in early 2021, but recent increases show there remains more work to do,' the FAA said.

But there have been multiple instances when unruly passengers have been caught displaying outrageous behavior on budget airline flights.

Last month, a Polish man was arrested in Colombia after he punched a police officer while he was being removed from a Spirit Airlines flight. The man had allegedly consumed too much liquor on the flight from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Ernesto Cortissoz International Airport in Barranquilla.

A Delta flight in September from Atlanta to Barcelona was forced to turn around after a passenger on board had diarrhea on board which 'ran all the way through the plane'.

In a text message sent to Air Traffic Control, the captain was succinct in explaining the problem: 'Divert to ATL — passenger diarrhea all over aircraft — biohazard.'

Air traffic control audio recordings also reveal one of the pilots confirming the situation over the radio.

'It's just a biohazard issue, we had a passenger who had diarrhea all the way through the airplane so they want us to come back to Atlanta.'
