Mystery- The Haunted Town Of St. Nazianz, WI St. Nazians was founded by a priest who wholeheartedly believed to helped cursed the town. Over the years, the town has been hit with natural disasters and unexplained phenomena. Father Ambrose Oschwald was fled to Wisconsin in 1854 from religious persecution. The Roman Catholic Church had suspended him from his duties due to “mystical, prophetic, and heretical works.” Already, the scary history of the town is starting to make sense! Oddly enough, the congregation followed him. Once they got to Wisconsin, a “divine white heifer” lead them to the site of his new home which would become St. Nazianz. The community actually thrived. Two men and a woman have been stripped naked after an unsuccessful attempt to rob in Calabar using Juju.


According to an eyewitness who was at the scene of the event which happened two days ago, the hoodlums were caught after the victim shouted for help after the criminals used Juju to turn the money he was holding into paper. This happened along effio-ete junction and towards parliamentary in Calabar, Cross River State.

The victim who withdrew #250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand naira) from a bank which was money meant for a Church unluckily entered a taxi where the hoodlums pretended to be passengers with one happening to be the driver. As he was still in the car, he noticed the money had turned into paper and decided to shout for help.


While he was doing this, the hoodlums attempted stabbing him and pushing him out of the vehicle while he was shouting. Luckily for the victim, an army man was nearby and came to his rescue. He ordered a nearby taxi man to remove the passengers and chased the hoodlums until they were caught after there was a traffic hold up on the road.


While this happened, the only woman amongst them decided to run with the money and jumped a barbed wired fence attempting escape. Unluckily for her, she was caught after people in the nearby environs were alerted and the men involved were also caught.


After they were caught, the two men involved confessed to have been from Port Harcourt while the woman claimed to have been from Benin. The mob that surrounded them had it in mind to burn them alive, however, they were later arrested. According to them, they have been doing the business for years.


Let’s be more careful even in this period of recession.
