They may be labeled as outcasts or rebels, but in reality, they're the ones who are brave enough to challenge the status quo and forge their own path. Let's celebrate the black sheep in our lives - the ones who inspire us to think differently, to question the norms, and to embrace our individuality.

The Huaorani tribes are an indigenous group of people found in Eastern Ecuador. They are an isolated tribe who do not have much contact with the outside world. They have about 4,000 members.

The Huaorani, sometimes called Waorani or Waos, are a native Amerindian tribe whose language bears no relation to any other tongue, not even Quechua, which is widely spoken in Ecuador.

The tribe primarily eats monkeys and different small game, which they hunt using spears and blow guns.

The small gene pool, the constant exposure to the harsh environment, and the need to constantly climb trees to get to the monkeys have made their feet flatter. Some tribe members have 6 toes on each foot. Some even have 6 functional fingers on each hand. The feet are born with straight toes and change over time.

This is not the only tribe to have adapted to their environment. Some tribes in Malaysia can stay underwater for extended periods to fish for pearls. Their lungs have developed to process oxygen more efficiently to do this. White skin is thought to have appeared with early humans who travelled into northern Europe due to the lack of sunlight, as white skin absorbs more vitamin D than dark skin.

Human feet may sometimes also become flat overtime if exposed to similar environments, and the toes spread out more to provide extra grip and balance.
