Mystery- The Haunted Town Of St. Nazianz, WI St. Nazians was founded by a priest who wholeheartedly believed to helped cursed the town. Over the years, the town has been hit with natural disasters and unexplained phenomena. Father Ambrose Oschwald was fled to Wisconsin in 1854 from religious persecution. The Roman Catholic Church had suspended him from his duties due to “mystical, prophetic, and heretical works.” Already, the scary history of the town is starting to make sense! Oddly enough, the congregation followed him. Once they got to Wisconsin, a “divine white heifer” lead them to the site of his new home which would become St. Nazianz. The community actually thrived. An Illinois father died after he fell out of a car while helping his 12-year-old daughter collect food items for her Girl Scout troop.


The family, from New Lenox, was driving around a neighborhood on Nov. 6 when Aaron LaMore fell from the open hatchback where he was riding with his daughter, Mia LaMore, the family told Patch. The car was traveling about 5 mph.

"They didn’t even get to the first house, when he lost his footing, fell backwards out of the car onto the pavement, and struck his head on the back," his brother-in-law Ryan Talaga told the news outlet.

The family said on a GoFundMe page that LaMore fractured his skull, but was able to get up and walk to the ambulance. He was taken to Silver Cross Hospital for a CT scan, where his condition quickly declined.
