Mystery- The Haunted Town Of St. Nazianz, WI St. Nazians was founded by a priest who wholeheartedly believed to helped cursed the town. Over the years, the town has been hit with natural disasters and unexplained phenomena. Father Ambrose Oschwald was fled to Wisconsin in 1854 from religious persecution. The Roman Catholic Church had suspended him from his duties due to “mystical, prophetic, and heretical works.” Already, the scary history of the town is starting to make sense! Oddly enough, the congregation followed him. Once they got to Wisconsin, a “divine white heifer” lead them to the site of his new home which would become St. Nazianz. The community actually thrived. Send off for the four Engcobo children allegedly killed by their mother


The four children allegedly killed by their mother in Tsalaba village in Engcobo on November 8 have been laid to rest.


The children's bodies, aged between two and 11, were found in the rondavel they slept in with their mother.


The mother, Nomboleko Simayile, who faces four counts of murder, could not attend her children’s funeral following hospitalisation on Thursday, November 18. Her bail hearing was postponed after she reportedly collapsed in the Engcobo Police Station holding cells just beforeL her court appearance.

The State has now filed an urgent application for her to undergo psychiatric evaluation.



The 32-year-old is accused of bludgeoning her children to death with a sledgehammer.


Her father made the gruesome discovery on Tuesday morning last week and said that the family was still reeling after the incident.


Various government officials attended the service, including Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane.
